Limited Japanese-only triple SACD Hybrid disc in paper sleeve including seven bonus tracks. The unreleased tracks, which had been sealed for 44 years, included in this set, and are finally listed in the original order. These seven are: “Japan,” “Bamble,” “Ummu Uum,” “Sacred Light,” “The Creator Has A Master,” “Saver,” and “Conga Solo” (about 35 minutes total). One of the rock masterpieces from Santana, Lotus, becomes a Japan exclusive SACD hybrid multi-channel edition (4ch mix). It uses two-layered SACD with DSD 11.2MHz mastering. This was also the album that brought guitarist Neal Schon — who was 17 years old — into the original core lineup of Santana. Percussionist Thomas “Coke” Escovedo was brought in to replace (temporarily) José Chepitó Areas, who had suffered a brain aneurysm, yet who recovered quickly and rejoined the band.
