Linkin Park – Discography (2000-2026)

Linkin Park - Discography (2000-2017)

Although rooted in alternative metal, Linkin Park became one of the most successful acts of the 2000s by welcoming elements of hip-hop, modern rock, and atmospheric electronica into their music. The band’s rise was indebted to the aggressive rap-rock movement made popular by the likes of Korn and Limp Bizkit, a movement that paired grunge’s alienation with a bold, buzzing soundtrack. Paul McCartney – Discography (1970-2026)

Paul McCartney - Discography (1970-2026)

Out of all the former Beatles, Paul McCartney by far had the most successful solo career, maintaining a constant presence in the British and American charts during the ’70s and ’80s. In America alone, he had nine number one singles and seven number one albums during the first 12 years of his solo career, and in his native United Kingdom, his record was nearly as impressive. McCartney’s hot streak began in 1970, when he became the first Beatle to leave the group. Continue reading “Paul McCartney – Discography (1970-2026)”

The Cure – Discography (1979-2025)

The Cure - Discography (1979-2025)

Out of all the bands that emerged in the immediate aftermath of punk rock in the late ’70s, few were as enduring and popular as the Cure. Led through numerous incarnations by guitarist/vocalist Robert Smith (born April 21, 1959), the band became well-known for its slow, gloomy dirges and Smith’s ghoulish appearance, a public image that often hid the diversity of the Cure’s music. Emerson, Lake & Palmer – Discography (1970-2021)

Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Discography (1970-2021)
