Our recommendation for playback SACD ISOs is based two alternatives:
1. Make a SACD-R And Playback it On A SACD/DVD/BD-Player
2. Playback In Your PC With Foobar2000
1. Make a SACD-R And Playback it On A SACD/DVD/BD-Player
- Make sure you have a SACD/DVD/BD-Player compatible with SACD-R. Check the list
- Download ImgBurn from the official site and Install
- Choose Full and tick the checkboxes as shown
- Make sure unchek “I agree install Yahoo Search software
- Yes
- Now we need a SACD ISO file
- And a blank DVD-R for Burning
- Open ImgBurn and choose Write Image File to Disc
- Insert a blank DVD-R and select the SACD ISO File
- untick Verify if you want save time and click for burning
2. Playback In Your PC With Foobar2000
- See the foobar2000 guide for installation and Setup
- Download SACD Decoder plugin for foobar2000
- Extract all content
- Now Install these two components on foobar2000
- Now depending if you have a dedicated DAC (Support PCM 24bit or DSD) or a DAC type (Support DSD natively). We choose some values. Go to File > Preferences > Tools > SACD (Example: I Don’t have a dedicated DAC just have a simple integrated DAC on PC motherboard so I Chose -> Output Mode: PCM and PCM Samplerate: 176400)
- Now Drag and drop a SACD ISO file on foobar2000 and playback
