The first disc of both the 2LP vinyl and 2CD sets hosts 11 classic tracks and hits from this era, including ‘Come Dancing’, ‘Destroyer’, ‘Living On A Thin Line’ and more. These have been remastered from the original quarter-inch production master tapes. The second disc features never-before-heard recordings, discovered in the Konk archive, including the band’s Royal Albert Hall show from 11 July 1993. “As far as performances go, it was a high point achievement of The Kinks,” Dave Davies said of the show. This audio for this set is taken from what is described as “a simple desk mix”.
