Bite The Bullet – Rocky Road (2023)

”Rocky Road” is the third album in three years from the reunited Bite The Bullet, but it´s their fourth album counting the debut album in 1989. Bandleader/singer Mick Benton and original guitarist Malcolm Jones are joined by Graham Cowling-Drums, Ant King-Bass and Steve Hill-Keyboards. ”End of the line” from 2022 is a solid album of classic rock and AOR so I expected the same kind of sound on the new album ”Rocky Road” but I think it´s even more towards British rock and even boogie rock than AOR. Revolution Saints - Eagle Flight (2023) [Japanese Edition]

The fourth record by Revolution Saints shows the band revitalized and full of energy. The band picks it up where they left off with the previous album. Melodic rock with well-crafted melodies is what gets out of the speakers and acts as an ear-candy. The trio knows how to create excellent hooks that listeners can’t get out of their minds anymore.
